Snow Removal Protocol

We are expecting a huge snow storm starting on Monday night and going through the day on Tuesday. The forecast is predicting between 12 to 15 inches and maybe more in some areas.

We ask that every homeowners move their cars when they hear the horns from plow drivers. They cannot clear this amount of snow properly without everyone’s cooperation.

Many vehicles were not moved during the last storm. I had numerous calls from homeowners asking me to send Morin’s back to plow their driveway. This time cars will be towed if they are not moved.  We need to be fair and cooperative for our neighbors. Again, we must get the cars moved when asked to properly clear everyones’ driveways the first time around.

Final cleanup with occur on Wednesday morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me. Thank you all for your help and cooperation in this critical matter.

Water Tank Replacement Virtual Presentation

** The Association is forwarding an invitation for an Informational Session presented by Pennichuck Water. The session is not an official meeting of the Board of Directors. **

Hello Kessler Farm Residents,

I hope this email finds you well. It feels like just the other day we were meeting in the clubhouse regarding the Kessler Farm Tank Replacement project. Hard to believe that was in November 2019. As you may know, the project was pushed from 2020 to 2021 due to various uncertainties stemming from COVID-19. We are set to begin some initial prep work late February (minor activity). Heavier construction will begin March 15th –  the tank contractor will begin demolition of the tank on that date.

I am writing to organize a presentation on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 7:00 PM with the Board, PWW representatives, and any residents that would like to be present. We will have an agenda prepared for the presentation to address key items, but there will also be an open forum period at the end for folks to voice other questions and/or concerns. To best follow COVID-19 precautions, we will be holding this presentation virtually via Microsoft Teams. This informational session will be best accessed on a computer, but can also be accessed via phone with a call-in number.

It can be hard to accommodate everyone with such a large community, so please note that the time and date of the presentation is firm. We hope that the majority of those interested in attending this presentation are available.

Subsequently, if you responded as interested, you will then receive an email from myself by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the presentation– Wednesday, February 10, 2021 – with instructions for how to access the presentation.

We are looking forward to seeing/hearing you at this virtual informational session.

Thank you,

Ryan Houle, E.I.T.

Update: Tinker Road Cleanup moved to Oct. 18

The Tinker Road cleanup has been moved to Sunday, Oct. 18 due to scheduled rain.

Hello Fellow Kessler Farms Residents,

As you probably know, Kessler Farms does the annual Tinker Road Cleanup as a community service project twice a year. We are hoping that you will have the opportunity to volunteer to help with this litter campaign.  We love to keep our neighborhood clean and as litter free as possible, while meeting new neighbors and friends. It takes approximately 90 minutes to do the entire project, but with more hands, we can be done even quicker. Please consider lending a helping hand.

When:                 October 17 (rain date Oct 18)

Where:                Meet at the Clubhouse at the lower pool near Tinker Road

Time                     8:30-10:00 a.m.

Needs:                 Nothing (everything is provided by the City of Nashua)

Thank you so much,

Bill Dubois

Per Pennichuck, this will isolate the Kessler Farm Booster Station in order for their contractor (Skillings and Sons) to set up a temporary by-pass pumping system, and subsequently replace the existing pump skid thereafter.

Additionally, please note that there will be one-lane alternating traffic for most of the day near the tank and pump house entrance on Kessler Farm Drive.

Please see our Property Manager with any questions.
