Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Property Manager’s office will be closed to everyone for a period of time.
Our property manager David will be on-site as he is every day, however, he will address any and all requests for service, request for information and any other issue that any homeowner may have through the use of either a phone call or email.
We hope that all the home owners realize that we are taking any all and all precautions that are reasonable to make sure that everyone remains safe and that any probable contact remains at a minimum during these uncertain times.

Also, the monthly Board meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, March 17 has been canceled. The Board will continue to address all association business via email or phone. Any questions or concerns can be relayed to the Board via firstname.lastname@example.org.
