More Snow March 13-14, 2018

Snow began early morning Tue (3/13) and is expected to continue through early morning Wed (3/14). Based on the current forecast, the final clean up will start at 9 am Wed.

  • It is imperative your vehicles are moved out of the way and do not impede the snow removal process. Cars left behind will be towed at the Owners expense.
  • Please help Morin’s and Management and please park at your unit or at one of the club houses. The club houses for parking your vehicles are located on Glen cliff (Tinker Road Pool), Glastonbury Pool house and the Main club house next to the water tower. Some villages have overflow parking and all residents can use the overflow parking within the community.
  • Let’s once again show a lot of courtesy to our neighbors when cleaning off the cars and getting them out of the way so Morin’s can clean up the area. Failure to move vehicles prevents and delays cleanup close to units.
  • Decks should be shoveled prior to final clean up.
  • Please use caution walking when plows are out. You can see them, but they may not be able to see you, your children or dogs.
  • The best way to reach your Property Manager during the storm will be through email at pmanager@kesslerfarms.com. The North Point after-hours emergency line is for emergency issues and should not be used for snow removal-related items.
  • If your unit is rented, it is the unit owners responsibility to notify your tenant.

Thank you for your assistance and cooperation throughout this significant snow event.

Nor’easter March 7-8, 2018

As you may be aware, the next significant snow event is anticipated for Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon.  This storm is predicted to bring up to a foot of snow or more in some areas and result in difficult to impossible driving conditions during the late evening Wednesday through early Thursday morning.

We would ask for your assistance and cooperation to ensure that roadways and parking areas can be properly maintained during the storm.  Based on the current forecast we do want to note:

  •  Plowing will be performed throughout Wednesday night in an effort to keep areas accessible.
  • Rear gates are in the open position to allow the snow plow access and will be reset once snow removal is complete.
  • As the heavy snow is expected to continue into Thursday morning, conditions may be poor with only travel lanes open.  We ask that you use caution when walking outside as conditions may be slippery.
  • The best way to reach your Property Manager during the storm will be through email at pmanager@kesslerfarms.com. The North Point after hours emergency line is for emergency issues and should not be used for snow removal related items.
  • Morin’s will begin snow removal at 10 am on Thursday morning. Should snow continue throughout Thursday an additional cleanup will take place on Friday morning at 8 am.
  • Morin’s will sound their horns when they are in your village doing the final clean-up, so please move your cars.
  • It is also imperative that you clean off the deck on your unit PRIOR to the final clean-up so that Morin’s can remove the snow from the area.
  • Cars that impede the snow removal process will be towed.

If your unit is rented, it is the unit owners responsibility to notify your tenant.

Thank you for your assistance and cooperation throughout this significant snow event.
