The Property Manager has spoken with Morin’s and they will do their best to keep the roads open during the storm. Morin’s and Management are kindly asking that NO cars park on any of the roads in the community during the hours of 8 am on Thursday (January 4, 2018) through Friday until after the final clean-up is complete in your area (January 5, 2018). Morin’s needs to open the road to the full width in order for passing to be safe and for them to have places to put the snow. Visibility will be limited and parking on the roads makes it dangerous for Morin’s to plow. Please help Morin’s and Management and please park at your unit or at one of the club houses.
The club houses for parking your vehicles are located on Glen cliff (Tinker Road Pool), Glastonbury Pool house and the Main club house next to the water tower. Some villages have overflow parking and all residents can use the overflow parking within the community.
On Friday, January 5, 2018, Morin’s will begin the final clean-up starting at 9 am.
They will sound their horns when they are in your village doing the final clean-up, so please move your cars.
It is also imperative that you clean off the deck on your unit PRIOR to the final clean-up so that Morin’s can remove the snow from the area.
Cars that impede the snow removal process will be towed.
If your unit is rented, it is the unit owners responsibility to notify your tenant.
Let’s once again show a lot of courtesy to our neighbors when cleaning off the cars and getting them out of the way so Morin’s can clean up the area.
Please be aware that the Property Manager may send out updates should the track of the storm change.
