Kiddie Pool at Main Clubhouse

During the past week the kiddie pool has been losing 4-6 inches of water each day and leaving the pumps to run dry, which will eventually ruin them.

Upon some investigation into why this is happening, it was discovered that chipmunks have burrowed in the area and have chewed the supply lines to the kiddie pool.

It has been decided the kiddie pool will need to be shut down for the remainder of the season.

Please use the kiddie pool at the pool on Glastonbury.

The main pool is ok and is in perfect working condition.

Repairs to the supply lines will we made in the Spring for next years pool season.

The Second Annual VKF Resident Community Picnic-RSVP Mandatory

WARNING: Coyote in NH

coyoteThe Merrimack Police have provided information that coyote have been seen in their area.

Walkers with small dogs should be vigilant when walking within the community late in the evening and early morning.

I know we have a lot of walkers in the community with their small dogs late in the evening and early morning, I just wanted you to be aware.

The streets reported are not that far away and these animals can certainly make it to our community.

MERRIMACK – Several coyote sightings, including a report of an attack on a homeowner’s chickens, have prompted officials near Wildcat Falls to advise residents on ways to keep the animals from venturing into front yards.

Merrimack police are asking residents to keep small pets inside at night, place secure lids on trash cans and remove fallen fruit from yards in an effort to keep the coyotes away.

Possible sightings have been reported in recent weeks on Rutherford Street and Bancroft Street.

The predators are typically 40 pounds and although attacks on humans are rare, they do pose a threat to domestic animals.
