The Board of Director’s are please to announce that two residents, Bernard Jones and Brandon Pierotti, have volunteered to co-chair the landscaping committee and have been doing a tour of the community to assess the state of common areas, trees, bushes/plants and missing or poor grass around the units.
They are now looking for further volunteers to help clean up and maintain these areas. The idea is to recruit volunteers from each of the Villages, plus Aerie, to liaise and work with the committee members to help tidy up their immediate areas and hopefully help with the common areas. Any amount of time volunteered will be much appreciated – the more volunteers, the sooner the work can be reduced to a maintenance-type mode.
If you are interested, please respond to the Property Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, address and e-mail and one of the committee members will contact you shortly.
On Thursday, July 23, 2015 starting at approximately 8 am, Hooksett Paving will be on site to seal coat Hawkstead Hollow (weather permitting).

WHERE YOU MAY PARK: Parking will be in the same patterns as the paving last fall. You can park your vehicle at any one of the clubhouses for the duration of the seal coating and drying process.
TRASH: Will need to be placed at the corner of Hawkstead Hollow and Kessler Farm Drive.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but the seal coat completes the look of the road and adds a polished look to your home.
